How far in advance should we book?
Santa’s schedule fills quickly for high-demand dates. Early booking is always recommended, but requests are welcome anytime.
What if my child is shy or nervous?
Santa and Mrs Claus are gentle and patient. There is never pressure. Children can warm up at their own pace.
Does Santa bring gifts?
Gifts are not included unless arranged in advance. Many families provide gifts for Santa to present.
Are photos allowed?
Absolutely. Families and event hosts are encouraged to take photos.
Is payment required to request a booking?
No. Booking requests are free. Payment details are discussed after Santa confirms availability.
Do you book events outside of December?
Yes. Santa and Mrs Claus accept bookings all year for festivals, parades, business events, and special celebrations.
